1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Working Days: We ship Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

  • Tracking Provided: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your order in real time.

2. UK Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Courier Services: We use reliable UK delivery partners to ensure safe, on-time arrival.

  • Note: During peak seasons or sales events, delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.

3. International Delivery

We also ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 5–14 business days

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–14 business days

  • Other Countries: 5–14 business days

International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance and local duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Costs

  • UK Orders: Free shipping on all orders.

  • International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on delivery location and order size.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

6. Delays or Missing Packages

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@consoletableshop.co.uk. We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before submitting your order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refund or reshipment unless returned to us by the carrier.

8. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or edit your order, email us within 24 hours. After this window, we may not be able to modify the order if it has already been processed.
